Clinical Positions

RN Case Manager/PT - Home Health & Hospice

WAGE CLASSIFICATION: HH-RN
SHIFT: Part-Time, 64 hrs. pp, Day shift with on-call rotation, Weekend & Holiday rotation
QUALIFICATIONS: RN Case Manager for Home Health & Hospice. Extremely organized, able to prioritize and work independently in the patientís home. Caring, compassionate professional nurse with good problem solving skills. Fast paced requiring multi-tasking, great communication skills and being a team player are essential to this role. RN with Home Care and Hospice experience preferred or 5 plus years of med/surgical nursing a must.

RN Case Manager/FT - Home Health & Hospice

WAGE CLASSIFICATION: HH-RN
SHIFT: Full-time, 80 hrs. pp, day shift with on-call rotation, weekend & holiday rotation
QUALIFICATIONS: RN Case Manager for Home Health & Hospice. Extremely organized, able to prioritize and work independently in the patientís home. Caring, compassionate professional nurse with good problem solving skills. Fast paced requiring multi-tasking, great communication skills and being a team player are essential to this role. RN with Home Care and Hospice experience preferred or 5 plus years of med/surgical nursing a must.

Sleep Technologist

WAGE CLASSIFICATION: T-IX or T-XII
SHIFT: Part-Time - 48 hrs. pp, Night Shift, 12 hr. shifts, W/E Rotation
QUALIFICATIONS: Registered Respiratory Therapist with previous sleep lab experience, or is a Graduate of a CAAHEP approved school of Sleep Technology. Credentialed Sleep Technologist preferred with ability to score sleep procedures. Able to work well with public. Excellent teamwork and communication skills, attention to detail and ability to set priorities. Other duties may include scheduling, receptionist/clerical, filing and phones.

SMG Receptionist or MA

WAGE CLASSIFICATION: SMG-Receptionist or MA
SHIFT: Full-time, M-F, Day shift, 80 hours per pay period
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous physician office experience preferred with ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Highly organized, ability to multi-task and excellent communication skills required. Position primarily utilized in front office operations with ability to float to clinical setting, as needed.

RN (2 needed) - CCU/Med/Surg/Peds/Outpatient Infusion - FT

WAGE CLASSIFICATION: RN
SHIFT: Full-time, 72 hours pp, 7:00 pm Ė 7:30 am, W/E & Holiday Rotation
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in CCU/Med/Surg/Peds preferred, providing quality patient care to pediatric through geriatric. BLS certified. Must obtain ACLS and PALS within 6 months or next available class. Good communication skills required. Individual must demonstrate ability to set priorities, work independently and as a team member. Must participate in quality monitoring.

RN's - per diem

WAGE CLASSIFICATION: per diem RN
SHIFT: On call as needed/per diem pool
QUALIFICATIONS: Sturgis Hospital continues on a regular basis to add to our Registered Nurse PRN/per diem pool. We have opportunities for experienced nurses providing patient care to pediatric through geriatric patients on our Medical/Surgical/Pediatrics Unit, CCU, and ED. ACLS and PALS required or willing to obtain. Experienced OB nurses require fetal monitor interpretation, neonatal resuscitation certification and must complete STABLE course.
