Clinical Positions

RN - FT ED

WAGE CLASS:  RN

SHIFT:  Full-time, 72 hours pp, 7:00pm–7:30am, Weekend and Holiday Rotation

QUALIFICATIONS:

ACLS certification required, and PALS certified or willing to obtain.  Minimum of two years ER experience preferred.  Strong nursing and communication skills. Must demonstrate ability to handle stressful situations while utilizing excellent customer service skills and managing workload.  Must demonstrate ability to prioritize work and complete multiple tasks.

VP of Quality/Risk Mgmt/Clinical Services

WAGE CLASS:  Salaried Exempt

SHIFT:  Full-time, 80+ hrs. pp, Mon-Fri, Day Shift, Includes Admin on Call

QUALIFICATIONS:

Five years of hospital management/leadership experience with a broad clinical base. Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred, or willing to pursue. Current MI RN licensure. Responsible for providing leadership and clinical expertise to ensure the operation of the hospital’s nursing and clinical services delivers quality health care. Will assist with planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and evaluating patient care. Responsible for overseeing QA Programs, Risk Mgmt, Insurance Renewals, and Regulatory Agencies. Knowledge of basic Compliance policies and Regulatory Surveys, a plus. High degree of confidentiality.
